ART JAZZ FESTIVAL 2018 – 2nd EDITION
Friday 10 and Saturday 11 August again jazz festival in Porretta, city of music, in the Rufus Thomas Park arena.
The big artists who participated in the first edition have opened the way for an even wider references.
The Alkord band, one of the most imaginative and original jazz setting, will open the first eve of this event conceived and wanted by Paolo Brunetti and then developed and realized by Andrea Pizzuti and Claudio Vignali.
Joe Pisto, jazz blues frontman of the Bolognese area, well known and appreciated in London, will close this first evening with his guitar.
The second evening will be opened by the duo Pizzuti & Vignali, musicians and art directors of the event, which will warm the public waiting for the special guest Alberto Marsico.
Alberto Marsico collaborated with some of the biggest names in the jazz world, such as Jimmy Cobb, Bobby Durham, Kenny Burrell, Joey DeFrancesco, Fabrizio Bosso, Jimmy Witherspoon, Enrico Rava, Jesse Davis and Alvin Queen, performing all around the world as an expert Hammond player.
