PORRETTA SLOW THE MOUNTAIN PRODUCT MARKET

Porretta Slow is a two-day event that aims to promote the gastronomic identity of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines with a market, workshops and cooking shows dedicated to the Mountain Product. Thanks to the organization of the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dell’ Appennino Bolognese and Slow Food Emilia-Romagna, in collaboration with the Municipality of Alto Reno Terme, it will be possible to taste and buy honey, mushrooms and truffles, Parmigiano-Reggiano and different types of chestnut flour.
Affordable tourist packages, offered by Appennino Slow, will be available for those who want to stay and enjoy the SPA town this weekend. As a musical outline there will be the bands of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in collaboration with JRF-Music Odyssey of Castel di Casio for a “Rock edition” to be discovered and enjoyed.
Quality food and wine lovers of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and Slow Food associates will be able to organize their stay following the program of presentations of projects, ideas, products and productions that will alternate with the most genuine Apennine rock.
