This is now the sixth edition of the Wolf Festival and there is still a great need to know the Italian wild wolf.
Three days of free events: photo exhibition, conference, hikes on the traces of the wolf, in which enthusiasts will share their experiences and provide a series of useful information to understand who the wolf is.
The presence of the wolf is a positive fact for the natural environment, because it is a species that has belonged to the fauna of these regions for thousands of years. Occupying the top of the food chain, the wolf is particularly sensitive to the degradation of the ecosystem, as its survival depends on that of the species that occupy all the lower levels. Therefore, its presence is a sign of a good quality of the environment.
